Disgaea 4 Complete+ Announced for Nintendo Switch & PlayStation 4

NIS America have announced that Disgaea 4 will be remastered and released onto the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 in the near future.

Originally released onto the PlayStation 3 in 2011, before being ported to the PlayStation Vita in 2014, Disgaea 4 puts players in control of Valvatorez as he forms a party to rebel against the netherworld. This remastered PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch release will feature improvements over the original release as well as all previously released DLC being included with the base game (hence the title name “Complete+”.

Synopsis: When the ruling powers of Hades are revealed to be corrupt, Valvatorez must spark a rebellion to bring them down! Armed to the teeth with dynamic, over-the-top gameplay and a horde of special features, this is the ultimate Disgaea!

Further information, including gameplay for Disgaea 4 Complete+, will be shown as part of NIS America’s stream later today at 5pm PT; but in the meantime Disgaea 4 Complete+ is being planned for a Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 release. A Limited Edition release is also planned featuring an artbook and soundtrack CD.
