Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution Announced for Western Nintendo Switch Release

Konami have today announced that the latest video game entry into highly popular Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game, known as Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution, will be released onto the Nintendo Switch both digitally and physically within Europe and North America later this year.

Specifically Konami plan to release Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution on the 20th August 2019 with an RRP of €39.99 on the Nintendo Switch both digitally and physically. Additionally physical copies of the game will also contain three exclusive Yu-Gi-Oh! themed trading cards; of which consist of a Link Monster Card known as Progleo, the Monster Card Micro Coder and a Spell Card Cynet Codec.

Previously released as a digital only release in Japan, with the Japanese Nintendo eShop listing English text localisation support, Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution is the latest entry into the ever expansive trading card game series that features over 9,000 cards from the trading card game as well as notable character from the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series including characters from Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS and Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc V.

Further release information relating to Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution can be found in the official release announcement on the Konami website; but in the meantime Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution is scheduled for release on the 20th August 2019 within Europe (with a North American release also planned a few days earlier).
