Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission Announced for Western Nintendo Switch & Windows PC Release

Publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment have recently announced that the popular Japanese arcade-game spin-off of the Dragon Ball franchise, known as Dragon Ball Heroes, will be coming to the Nintendo Switch and Windows PC (via Steam) within Europe and North America this April as Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission.

This Nintendo Switch variation of the popular card-battling arcade game will see over 400 Dragon Ball cards featuring characters from the entire Dragon Ball franchise, including exclusive characters from past Dragon Ball Heroes games, for players to obtain, trade and do battle with. This isn’t your typical type of Dragon Ball experience; but it is one that many have been eager to explore.

SUPER DRAGON BALL HEROES WORLD MISSION takes place in Hero Town, an alternate reality where a Dragon Ball card game is the most popular form of entertainment. Players take on the role of Beat, the protagonist of SUPER DRAGON BALL HEROES WORLD MISSION, and follow his journey to become the world champion of Super Dragon Ball Heroes. However, when the villains from the virtual game world appear in Hero Town and start wreaking havoc, Beat jumps into the game world and teams up with famous Dragon Ball characters to restore peace in the real world.

SUPER DRAGON BALL HEROES WORLD MISSION is a card battle game featuring fighters from across all the Dragon Ball universes, transformations never before seen, and a brand new character designed by Toyotarou, the creator of Dragon Ball Super manga.

Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission will be available for the Nintendo Switch and Windows PC on the 5th April 2018.
