Song of Memories to Release This February on PS4; Nintendo Switch Release Cancelled

PQube Games, in conjunction with developers Future Tech Lab, have announced that the visual novel Song of Memories will be released on the PlayStation 4 on the 1st February 2019 within Europe; however the previously announced Nintendo Switch release has been cancelled.

The reason for this cancellation is due to development of the game was met with continuous delays and could not be brought to a functioning level of quality that fans would expect from the Nintendo Switch.

Synopsis: A romantic visual novel with a dark and sinister underbelly, Song Of Memories is an adventure that made waves in Japan for its unique and innovative take on the genre. Discover the thrills of finding your soulmate in a memorable musical love story, and prepare to fight for your love in the most testing of times, as an apocalyptic virus begins sweeping across the world and threatens to infect those closest to you.

Song of Memories will be available in both physical and digital formats on the PlayStation 4 from the 1st February 2019 while the Nintendo Switch version has been cancelled. A Windows PC (via Steam) release is also expected but no news just yet.
