Idea Factory Introduces The Advanced Battle Tactics in Death End re;Quest Trailer

During the course of the week American based publisher Idea Factory International have released a new gameplay trailer for next years PlayStation 4 JPRG release of Death End re;Quest, with it introducing the ‘Advanced Battle Tactics’ one can expect to receive from the game.

As illustrated in the gameplay trailer this latest video will three advanced battle tactics known as Bug Skills, Battle Jack (Code Jack, Summon, Install Genre) and Glitch Mode Special Attacks; each of which are detailed below:

Bug Skills are unique skills that each of your party member has. Within each dungeon, players will come across areas that will require you to use Bug Skills to unlock areas and reach hard-to-reach places.

The Battle Jack System is a feature which allows Arata to assist you in-game as soon as field bugs reach 50% or lower. Here, the Battle Jack System includes the Code Jack System, Install Genre, and Summon.

  • Code Jack is a system that allows you to either buff your allies or debuff your enemies.
  • Install Genre is a feature where players can change the gameplay by switching up the genre into action, fighting, slot, shooter, puzzle, and even billiards. Choose wisely as each genre install lasts for one turn.
  • Summon is a feature that allows players to summon Entoma Queens that are collected after defeating them in previous battles. Entoma Queens can help tank for your party members, allowing you to regroup, heal, and buff up!

Death End re;Quest is scheduled to be released on the 22nd February 2019 for the PlayStation 4 within Europe as both a physical and digital release.
