Zatoichi – The Blind Swordsman Collector’s Edition Blu-Ray Available Within the UK

Originally released late November 2018 by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment within the UK the greatest Japanese live-action swordsman films, Zatoichi, were released as a supremely impressive Collector’s Edition and now we’ve got a closer glance at what this amazing release contains.

Naturally this collection is not something we would usually cover (as its not anime related); but a Collector’s Edition such as this definitely is worth some consideration for any fan of Japanese culture and live-action swordsman films.

This set, priced at £149.99 on Amazon UK, features all twenty-five Zatoichi films presented in digitally remastered with uncompressed monaural soundtracks across 9 Blu-Ray Discs in addition to a hardback book featuring detailed reports and glorious artwork of each film. As with any good collector’s edition this artbook and carded disc holder slides into a chipboard / rigid artbox for that unique presentation.
