Anime Limited Offering Disc Replacements for Your Name Blu-Ray Discs

According to a report on Anime UK News Anime Limited have begun offering replacement Blu-Ray discs for Your Name as a result of quality concerns brought up last year when the product was released in the UK via the anime publisher.

For those unaware shortly after Your Names released last year fans reported issues with the video and audio quality throughout the film (of which was also reported on Anime UK News) and while a statement was released by the publisher a ‘formal’ replacement procedure would not be taken place. Anime Limited did specify that the film would be re-authored and future print runs would use the new master; of which is now taking place.

It’s been a long time since then and now Anime Limited are offering replacements to those who registered interest for a replacement disc. Those that did not register interest can still send an e-mail to Anime Limited ( with a subject line of YOUR NAME – BLU-RAY) to inquiry about the possibility of a replacement disc; although those that do must explain why they would like a replacement disc to be sent.

Your Name is now available on DVD, Blu-Ray and Limited Edition Blu-Ray variations.
