VICELAND UK continues to expand it’s anime content as part of the ‘late night anime block’ as the TV channel have recently begun broadcasting Black Butler: Book of Circus; which is of course the third season within the Black Butler franchise.
Originally broadcast on VICELAND UK on the 8th August 2018, with the next episode being shown tonight (14th August 2018) and new episodes being shown at similar time each week, Black Butler: Book of Circus will offer a new ‘black butler’ experience with everyone’s favourite butler.
Synopsis: Ciel and the demon butler Sebastian are summoned by the Queen to investigate multiple reports of missing children. When their underworld contacts reveal the disappearances increase when the mysterious Noah’s Ark Circus comes to town the demonic duo must impress an enigmatic ringmaster in order to go undercover as performers, to Sebastian’s delight and Ciel’s disgust. At the core of the circus is a troupe of unique performers from Dagger the knife thrower to Beast, the beautiful tiger tamer. All are connected by someone who changed their lives, someone who raised them from the gutters of London to the heights of the big top—but at a price.
Black Butler: Book of Circus is just one of the many anime series being shown on VICELAND UK as the channel is also currently showing Gurren Lagann, Eureka Seven, Tokyo Ghoul and Seraph of the End; each of which are being broadcast at different times and dates.
VICELAND UK is available to watch on Virgin Media 219, Sky 183, TalkTalk 338 as well as the streaming service NOW TV within the UK. Black Butler: Book of Circus is available on DVD and Blu-Ray in the UK via Anime Limited.
