Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker Open Beta Details Announced for PS4

Bandai Namco Entertainment have announced that the multiplayer-themed fighting game, Naruto To Boruto: Shinobi Striker, will receive another beta test for the PlayStation 4 ahead of its release later this year; and this time it is an open beta test.

Taking place at selective times between 20th July & 21st July 2018, as well as for a full 48-hour period between 27th July & 29th July 2018, Naruto (and Boruto) fans with PlayStation Plus subscriptions will be able to get ‘hands on’ with this latest installment into the Naruto game franchise.

The timings for the open beta below:

–       20th July: 07:00 – 10:00 BST

–       20th July: 21:00 – 21st July: 00:00 BST

–       21st July: 10:00 – 13:00 BST

–       21st July: 18:00 – 21:00 BST

–       22nd July: 02:00 – 05:00 BST

–       22nd July: 07:00 – 10:00 BST

–       July 27th: 07:00 – 29th July: 07:00 BST (48 hour session)

The open beta will allow fans to experience Basic Training in VR Ninjutsu Arena (solo mission) as well as competitive online multiplayer for up to eight people; which is pretty much the exact same items that were available in previous closed beta events.

In addition to these gameplay modes fans will be able to select from a variety of notable Naruto characters (all of which were available in previous beta events) as well as Yamato; all of which can be customized for that personalized online experience. Finally everyone who plays the open beta will receive an exclusive black and white t-shirt which for use in-game.

Naruto To Boruto: Shinobi Striker is currently scheduled to be released on the 31st August 2018 for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC.
