Kodansha Comics Announcements from Anime Expo 2018

The announcements from Anime Expo 2018, which is large event that took place in America last week, keep on coming and this time (via Anime UK News) we have a round-up of the new titles announcements by Kodansha Comics; and as expected Kodansha Comics have licensed Hiro Mashima’s new manga Edens Zero for distribution.
These announcements are mainly for North American fans but as with most manga books released by Kodansha Comics we can expect them to be made available for UK readers shortly after (if not around) the same time as the American release. In the meantime the full list of titles announced are as follows:
- 10 Dance – Volume 1 scheduled for release January 2019
- Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad – Volume 1 to 14 out now with 15 – 34 coming soon [Digital]
- Boarding School Juliet – Volume 1 scheduled for release October 2018
- Edens Zero – Volume 1 scheduled for release October 2018
- Fairy Tail: Lightning Gods – Volume 1 scheduled for release November 2018
- Gleipnir – Volume 1 scheduled for release March 2019
- Hiro Mashima’s Playground – Scheduled for release October 2018
- Hitorijime My Hero – Volume 1 scheduled for release March 2019
- Love In Focus – Volume 1 scheduled for release March 2019
- Seven Shakespeare – Volume 1 to 4 out now with 5 – 7 coming soon [Digital]
- The Quintessential Quintuplets – Volume 1 scheduled for release January 2019
- The Seven Deadly Sins: 7 Days – Volume 1 scheduled for release November 2018
- Witch Hat Atelier – Volume 1 scheduled for release March 2019
- Yuri Is My Job! – Volume 1 scheduled for release January 2019
Additional release details of these announcements will be confirmed by Kodansha Comics in the near future; but it is a strong line-up of titles.
On an unrelated note Dark Horse Comics announced that they will be releasing the Elfen Lied as four-volume omnibus edition Starting on 22nd May 2019 in North America.
