Fairy Tail: Dragon Cry Now Streaming on Netflix UK

In some rather surprising news Fairy Tail: Dragon Cry, the latest installment into the Fairy Tail anime franchise, is now available to stream on Netflix UK.

Fairy Tail: Dragon Cry previously received a ‘limited’ cinema release within the UK earlier this year via Anime Limited and in recent weeks the film has been made available on DVD and Blu-Ray in Japan. A UK Home Video release is currently not planned, although we can expect to hear details next year, while in America finalised Blu-Ray & DVD plans are being made for release next year.

The version being shown on Netflix UK is the Japanese with English Subtitles version although an English Dub does exist and will be made on the home video release.

Synopsis: The Fairy Tail Guild’s quest to retrieve the deadly and destructive Dragon Cry staff forces dragon slayer Natsu to undergo a dangerous transformation.
