Genius Party and Genius Party Beyond Collector’s Edition Details Revealed

During December UK Anime Distributor are hosting a ’12 Days of Anime’ Christmas Sale with huge discounts on a daily basis and recently, as part of this line-up, the distributor revealed details for Genius Party and Genius Party Beyond.

Anime Limited had previously announced that they had acquired the license back in 2015 but since then details have remained relatively unknown; (from my understanding at least); that is until this past weekend when the Collector’s Edition went up for pre-order on the Anime Limited website.

In this case the Collector’s Edition will contain the anthology collection on both Blu-Ray and DVD and come packaged in a digipack sleeve that slides into a chipboard artbox; much like other ‘Collectors Edition’ releases by Anime Limited and as illustrated in the beauty shot below.

This release will also feature a 144-page-book that highlights the pre-production, production and post-production of the features contained within this release; but more importantly it is a replica of the book that was released in Japan and (as of yet) never been released in English.

This Collector’s Edition of Genius Party and Genius Party Beyond, which is exclusive to the Anime Limited Shop, is scheduled to be released on the 11th Decemebr 2017 within the UK.
