Dragon Ball FighterZ Trailer Unveils New Story Details

Bandai Namco Entertainment continues to slightly push out new information on Arc System Works 2.5D fighter Dragon Ball FighterZ and today the latest trailer unveils more details surrounding the games story mode.

According to the trailer, as well as a press release issued by Bandai Namco Entertainment the story within Dragon Ball FighterZ will see a new threat approach when a troop of clones of iconic warriors appear. At the same time the most notable warriors in the universe soon begin to fall unconscious with those regaining conscious unable to remember those around them.

How does this new enemy threat and memory loss play into the overall story? Well it remains to be seen but by playing through the games story mode players will create bonds with the characters to further restore their memories and, in turn, discover the mastermind behind these mysterious series of events. Furthermore this story, as previously announced, will be played from three different perspectives with each offering a different portion of the story but more importantly all tie together with Android 21.

As far as Dragon Ball stories go it certainly is different; and those looking to experience what it has to offer won’t have long to wait as Dragon Ball FighterZ will be available for the PS4, Xbox One and PC on the 26th January 2018.
