With the October 2017 MCM London Comic fast approaching video-game publishers and anime distributors alike have begun unveiling their plans for the event, just yesterday we highlighted Bandai Namco Entertainment’s plan for the event; and now Anime Limited have unveiled six reasons why you should visit their booth at the MCM London Comic Con this October.
A full, definitive, explanation can be found on the Anime Limited blog; but here is the short version.
- Your Name: Due for release on the 6th November 2017 Anime Limited will have standard DVD, Blu-ray and Steelbook Editions of the film for fans to purchase
- 5th Anniversary Celebrations: It has been five years since Anime Limited, otherwise known as All The Anime, were first founded and to celebrate fans can leave a message on a special board as well as look at a timeline of Anime Limited’s history. Additionally you can take a photo with a special backdrop; with a physical version given to you at the show.
- Official Merchandise: A selection of ‘official’ merchandise will be available to purchase from the Anime Limited booth; including a fifth anniversary T-Shirt
- Anime Limited Shop: As per usual Anime Limited will have a shop where you can purchase upcoming and newly released titles including Your Name, A Silent Voice, Hyouka – Part 1 and Ajin.
- Announcements & Panel: Anime This is technically two reasons but Anime Limited will be making new license announcements at the event as well as hosting their own panel with details to be confirmed at a later date.
- Guest of Honour: Anime Limited will be teaming up with Bandai Namco Entertainment for the ‘Anime Guest of Honour’ as Yoh Yoshinari, director of the Little Witch Academia series, as well two producers from the upcoming Little Witch Academia game; namely Naoko Tsutsumi and Katsuhiro Takei. A panel and signing session is to be expected for this with details to be confirmed.
So that is six reasons to visit the Anime Limited booth during the MCM London Comic Con weekend; but I assume for many just one reason (A Silent Voice on Blu-Ray) would be enough to warrant the trip. The MCM London Comic Con takes place between the 27th and 29th October 2017 with tickets available to purchase from the official website.
