Upcoming Universal Pictures UK Anime Releases Delayed

Several months ago Universal Pictures UK announced that they would be releasing a selection of anime titles within the UK; starting with the Collector’s Edition release of My Hero Academia – Season 1. Well unfortunately these titles have now been ‘delayed’ until further notice due to “unavoidable delays” as noted by John Partridge, Marketing Manager at Universal Pictures on UK Anime Network.

This means that titles such as STARMYU and Bakuon!!, both of which were scheduled for release on the 28th August 2017, as well as And You Never Thought There Was A Girl Online? and The Heroic Legend of Arslan: Dusk Storm Dance, both of which were scheduled for release later this month, have now been delayed until further notice.

No specific dates have been mentioned for any of Universal Pictures UK upcoming anime titles but we can expect to hear more news in the coming months.
