Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 for Nintendo Switch Gets an Informative Gameplay Trailer

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will soon be making its way to the Ninendo Switch this month and to help promote the game Bandai Namco Entertainment have released a ‘live-action’ themed gameplay trailer.

Don’t worry; the video isn’t showing people cosplaying as their own user-created-characters, although that would be pretty cool, instead it is a traler which highlights the different ways that Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 can be played on the Nintendo Switch.

For example; players can choose to play Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 in TV / Dock Mode, Handhled Mode or Table Top mode with the Joy-Cons and Pro Controllers being usable in all thee play options. Additionally those wishing to battle against a friend while on the go can use each joy-con separately (one Joy-Con per user). Whichever playstyle you choose players will be able to use ‘hand gestures’ to recreate key attack within the game; such as the Kamehamehaha wave.

Finally in addition to the play styles Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 for the Nintendo Switch will offer 3 vs 3 online multiplayer matchmaking as well as all of the other offline and online gameplay features found within the PS4, XB1 and PC versions of the game.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 for the Nintendo Switch is currently available in Japan and from the Japanese eShop, with English text support, but will be released on the 29th September 2017 within Europe as both a physical and digital release. Interestingly however DLC Content will be released separately and will be available to purchase from the Nintendo Switch eShop at a later date.
