Code Vein Receives a New Gameplay Trailer; Releases Next Year onto PS4, XB1 and PC

Bandai Namco Entertainment’s latest IP Code Vein, which has been dubbed the anime version of Dark Souls, was another title that receive a new gameplay trailer during the Xbox Media Briefing at E3 2017 and now this video, as well as some additional details of the game, have been made public.

For starters CODE VEIN, which is an upcoming action-RPG title, will be released onto the PS4, XB1 and PC during 2018 and will see players take control of Revenant as he embarks on a quest to uncover lost memories and as well as find an exit out of this new demented reality.

Synopsis: In the not too distant future, a mysterious disaster has brought collapse to the world as we know it. Towering skyscrapers, once symbols of prosperity, are now lifeless graves of humanity’s past pierced by the Thorns of Judgment. At the center of the destruction lies a hidden society of Revenants called Vein. This final stronghold is where the remaining few fight to survive, blessed with Gifts of power in exchange for their memories and a thirst for blood. Give into the bloodlust fully and risk becoming one of the Lost, fiendish ghouls devoid of any remaining humanity.

Further details surrounding Code Vein will be revealed in due course; but for the time being the game will be made available next year onto the PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
