Alcon 2017 Event Dates & Guests Announced

AnimeLeague, the organisers for the upcoming anime, gaming and cosplay event known as Alcon, have today announced that Alcon2017 will be hosted in Leicester during September 2017.

Specifically this convention will take place between the 31st August 2017 and 3rd September 2017 at the upgraded Studen Union venue in Leicester; with tickets now available to purchase from the official website.

In addition to the event details the organisers also went on to reveal the list of guests that will be attending the convention. In this case attendees of Alcon 2017 will be able to meet Monica Rial, a voice actress who has lent her voice to a variety of anime series including Panty and Stocking (Stocking), Tsubasa Chronicles (Sakura), Fullmetal Alchemist (May Chang/Lyra) and Soul Eater (Tsubaki Nakatsukasa) as well as voice actress Jessica Calvello who has starred in shows such as Excel Saga (Excel),Queen’s Blade (Nanel) and Maria Holic (Kanaka).

In addition to the guests Alcon will have a variety of activities including a dealers room, anime screenings, anime bar and night-club, artist ally, roleplaying, card-gaming and a video-gaming room. Further details surrounding Alcon, as well as tickets, can be found on the official website.
