LOST SPHEAR Announced for PS4, Switch & PC Release by Tokyo RPG Factory

Tokyo RPG Factory, which is a SQUARE ENIX development studio dedicated to mixing classic JRPG Gameplay elements with new technology, have today announced the arrival of LOST SPHEAR for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC (via Steam) which will be made available next year.

Expanding upon the gameplay elements of I AM SETSUNA, LOST SPHEAR will feature an enhanced gameplay system with a revamped ATB Battle System where players can strategize and freely adjust their placement mid-fight, seamless environments, and various locations to explore. The game itself will see players put in control of a boy known as Kanta as he awakens to find this town disappearing to which he must form a team and save the world – so to speak.

Synopsis: The adventure of LOST SPHEAR begins in a remote town where a young boy, Kanata, awakens from a devastating dream to find his hometown disappearing. To stop the world from being lost forever, Kanata and his comrades set out to rebuild the world around them with the power of Memory by manifesting thoughts into matter.

SQUARE ENIX plans to release the game digitally on to the PS4, Switch and PC next year. A Limited ‘physical’ version of the game will also be made available exclusively from the SQUARE ENIX EU Online Store.
