Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization Abyss of the Shrine Maiden DLC Pack 1 Now Available

Those looking forward to expand their adventure in the VMMORPG Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization will be excited to learn that the first DLC Chapter as part of the Abyss of the Shrine Maiden content, known as Explorer of Illusory Mists, is now available to download from the PlayStation Network Store for the PS4 and PS Vita.

Priced at £7.99, or included as part of the Season Pass at £19.99, this first chapter in to the Abyss of the Shrine Maiden content will put players in control of Kirito and his friends as they explore a new stage within the Aincrad Castle which is filled with various enemies, dungeons and loot to obtain.

In addition to this brand new location the Abyss of the Shrine Maiden will also come with the following content:

• Heroine Quest – where you will have the chance to add Asuna, Lisbeth, Silica and Premiere as heroines in the first chapter.
• Enigma Order Quest – where you can acquire the precious Fuse Paragon, Mystic and Ultana GP.
• Items and skills-  for becoming powerful as never before.
• Customization –  change the appearance of the main characters.

In addition to the release of this first DLC Pack (or DLC Chapter), Bandai Namco Entertainment have revealed, through a Community E-Mail, that the second and third DLC Packs will be known as Tuner of causality and The one who resists God; both of which will wrap-up the Abyss of the Shrine Maiden story that makes up the Season Pass content. Details on what to expect from these two pieces of content have yet to be revealed; but we do know that they will future will see the scenario of this first chapter reversed and will allow two characters, namely Alice and Eugeo, to be playable alongside new quests.
