Bandai Namco UK To Release Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory onto PS4 & PS Vita

In a rather unexpected announcement Bandai Namco UK have today revealed that they will be releasing Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory, a sequel-of-sorts to the previously released 2014 game Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, onto the PS4 and PS Vita within Europe at some point next year.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory will be a turn-based JPRG game whereby players can freely navigate both the digital and real world in order to solve mysteries and help digimon in the Digital world. The game is being created with Kazumasa Habu (Producer), Suzuhito Yasuda (Character designer) and Masafumi Takada(Composer) with the games story following Keisuke Amazawa as he tries to prove his innocence on a crime he did not commit.

Synopsis: With DIGIMON STORY: CYBER SLEUTH – HACKER’S MEMORY you’ll follow Keisuke Amazawa, the main protagonist accused of a crime he didn’t commit, who will have to dive into the Digital World and investigate to prove his innocence, even if that means joining a group of hackers and help them to solve the troubles threatening this mysterious universe…

At crossroads between real and digital, resolve the troubles of the threatened Digital World, raise and train more than 300 different Digimons and explore a wide range of battle strategies using Digimons’ skills, compatibilities and combos.

Details surrounding Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory are still relatively scarce but we can expect Bandai Namco UK to release more details in the coming months leading up to the games launch next year. It’s expected that the game will receive a physical PS4 release and a digital PS Vita release but these details have yet to be confirmed.
