Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale Movie Outfits Now Available for Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization

In order to help promote the ‘upcoming’ worldwide cinematic release of Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale, which is of course the latest anime entry into the Sword Art Online franchise, Bandai Namco Entertainment have today released  costume DLC that is based upon the outfits used in the film.

Specifically Kirito’s and Asuna’s outfits from Sword Art online: Ordinal Scale have been made available as free downloads for Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization. The result of this means that Asuna and Kirito (which is in your character) will wear the same outfits used within the film.

It’s a nice gesture, especially as its free, but I can’t help feel it would have been better with the entire cast receiving an outfit based upon the movie. In any event the Ordinal Scale costume DLC is now available to download from the PlayStation Store while Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization is now available for the PS4 & PS Vita. Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale meanwhile will receive a UK screening from the 1st April 2017 via Anime Limited.
