Those wishing to own Full Metal Panic!, and it’s sequel series Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid, on Blu-ray without having to purchase the Ultimate Edition of the franchise, which coincidentally also comes with the spin-off series Full Metal Panic FUMOFFU, will be excited to hear that the individual seasons will be released later next year with March 2017 currently scheduled as the tentative release date.

New listings on Amazon UK, as we pointed out earlier in the week, highlights that both Season 1 and Season 2 of the series will be released on the 6th March 2017. At the moment its unclear what the sets will look like, packaging-wise, but the discs will be exactly the same as the previous Ultimate Edition release. It’s also worth noting that those wanting Full Metal Panic! FUMOFFU will only be able to get it in the Ultimate Edition collection.

In any event; the Ultimate Edition, which contains all three seasons on Blu-ray in a large presentation box with hardback artbook, is now available while the standard Season 1 and Season 2 releases are scheduled for release on the 6th March 2016.
