Daisuki To Stream Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin – Episodes 1 – 3 Later this Month

In a rather surprising announcement Daisuki, the online on-demand-streaming site, have announced that they will be showing both the Japanese and English Dubbed versions of Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin Episodes 1 to 3 later this month for free.

Previously all three OVA Episodes, each of which are around 60 minutes in length, could only be viewed if you purchased a rental subscription (or if you imported the Japanese Blu-rays); however to celebrate the upcoming release of the fourth episode, which is due to be released on 19th November 2016 in Japanese cinemas, Daisuki will stream the previous episodes of the OVA Series for free on it’s website.

To celebrate the streaming start of Vol. 4, streaming of Vol.1 to 3 will be available for free starting November 18, 12:00pm (JST) until December 17, 11:59 (JST).

As the facebook post suggests these three episodes of Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin will be free to watch from the 18th November 2016 to the 17th December 2016; afterwhich the episodes will have to be purchased in order to be viewed.

Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin has not ‘officially’ received a UK Blu-ray release; however Anime Limited have been offering ‘Limited Numbers’ of the films for UK fans to import and purchase.
