Pokemon Sun & Pokemon Moon To Receive a Special Playable Demo This Month

The Pokemon Company, in conjunction with Nintendo, have today announced through a newly released gameplay trailer that a special Pokemon Sun & Pokemon Moon Demo will be released onto the Nintendo 3DS eShop later this month.

This demo, which will become available to download from the 18th October 2016 from the Nintendo 3DS eShop, will introduce players to Alola region and some of it’s new Pokemon as well as feature Ash-Geninja; an exclusive variation of Geninja that first made it’s appearence within the Pokemon XYZ TV Anime Series. Ash-Geninja will be exclusive to this demo however it can be transferred to the full Pokemon Sun & Pokemon Moon game once it’s released on the 23rd November 2016.

What exactly one can expect from this Special Demo has not yet been revealed; but I suspect it will be similar to the demo that was released for Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire which allowed multiple playthroughs with different story aspects.

The Special Pokemon Sun & Pokemon Moon Demo will be available as a FREE download on the Nintendo 3DS eShop from the 18th October 2016 while the full Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon games will be available on the 23rd November 2016 as both a digital download and retail cartridge.
