Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Gamescom Trailer Introduces 6-Player Boss Fights and Majin Vegeta

A newly released gameplay trailer for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 has revealed that Majin Vegeta will be added to the game as a playable character alongside new features such as revamped 6-Player Boss Fights.

Majin Vegeta, who made a very brief appearence during the Majin Buu Saga of the Dragon Ball Z timeline, has often been hailed as one of the best forms of Vegeta throughout the Dragon Ball Z universe; and now fans will be able to take control of him and – potentially explore his side of events – within the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 game. In addition to Majin Vegeta’s next-gen debut players can also embark on a 6-Player Expert Mission whereby teams of up to six characters can join forces to defeat some of Dragon Ball’s strongest opponents; such as Great Ape Vegeta, Turles and Super Saiyan Broly.

Following on from the trailer, which made it’s debut at last week’s Gamescom event, publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment revealed that Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will feature an ‘Endless Fight’ mode whereby players can battle endlessly until they are defeated and that the online hub world Conton City will feature twice as many missions as it’s previous game; thus allowing more ways to level-up your character to become a stronger fighter.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 looks to expand it’s gameplay both in mechanics and characters and you will be able to try it for yourself when the game is released on the 28th October 2016 for the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
