Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions English Teaser Trailer Released

Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions is the upcoming feature-length animated Yu-Gi-Oh! movie which will once again see the original cast of characters, such as Yugi and Kaiba, return for a brand new adventure and during the course of the weekend the official Yu-Gi-Oh! Channels have released the first English Dubbed Trailer which confirms that both Dan Green and Eric Stuart will be reprising their roles of Yugi Moto and Seto Kaiba.

Synopsis: The stakes have never been higher; the rivalries never as fierce; the risks never so great. One wrong move—one card short—and it’s game over for good. A decade in the making, Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions features new designs and an all-new story from the original creator of the global phenomenon, Kazuki Takahashi. His masterful tale features anime’s most beloved characters in their long-awaited return: Yugi Muto, Seto Kaiba, and their faithful friends Joey Wheeler, Tristan Taylor Téa Gardner, and Bakura.

Confirmation of Dan Green and Eric Stuart returning to their roles is sure to provide nostalgia and excitement for fans of the English Dubbed variation of the show and hopefully the same voice actors for supporting characters, such as Joey, Tristan and Tea, can also be recruited alongside new voice talent for the enemies that our protagonists will face.

In the meantime however Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions is expected for an American release next year and while no UK plans have been mentioned I suspect that MangaUK, who currently distribute the anime within the UK on DVD, may be interested in bringing to the film to the UK at some point; but at the moment it is all speculation.
