FUNimation UK Home Video Releases Continue To Receive Delays

FUNimation’s UK Home Video presence continues to prove disappointing to those waiting as the latest newswire on Anime Limited’s blog has revealed that further delays have occured to a wide-variety of upcoming FUNimation titles; namely No-Rin, Gonna Be The Twin Tail!! and Fairy Tail.

Previously Gonna Be The Twin Tail!! and No-Rin were scheduled for an end of August release date, with Fairy Tail slated for a November release window; but now it seems that Gonna Be The Twin Taill will not be released until the end of September with No-Rin being moved back into October. No updates have been provided on the release of Fairy Tail which suggests that the previously mentioned 7th November 2016 release date is accurate or that it could be subject to an even longer delay then previously thought.

Following on from our update last week, the latest news is that delay in BBFC Certification has resulted in Gonna Be The Twin-Tail!! is now set for release in September. Tentatively we’re hoping for this to be available by the end of September but as soon as we have the new date confirmed we’ll make it known.

When it comes to No-Rin, unfortunately this has had to be pushed back further than anticipated. Currently it’s looking to be early October for when this will now be released.

No update on Fairy Tail at this time, but once again as soon as we have one we’ll make it known.

In any event disapointing times lie ahead for those wanting to experience any of these titles and for the time being at least no concreate information can be provided so we will just have to wait and see what happens.

Barakamon originally advertised as August but now November on Amazon, so don’t know if that is a delay as well.
