Megadimension Neptunia VII Steam Release Date Confirmed

Publisher Idea Factory International have recently announced that the Steam (PC) version of Megadimension Neptunia VII will be released on the 5th July 2016 for the UK, Europe and America.

The game, which was originally released onto the PS4 earlier in the year, once again sees Neptune and Friends join forces to stop a new force threatening the land of Gamindustri; except this time the story is seperated into three different story arcs with each story arc introducing a brand new character, such as the hot-headed Uzume.

G.C. 2015- Gamindustri has entered a precarious season known as the CPU Shift Period. During this time of social unrest, deprecating rumors about the CPUs have begun to saturate Gamindustri. Neptune and the others worry the citizens will soon call for new leaders to replace the them and that their rule will end.

In these critical moments for Planeptune, Neptune and Nepgear mysteriously disappear. Their destination: a divergent world, nearing its catastrophic end, called the Zero Dimension. They encounter the last remaining CPU of this world, UzumeTennouboshi, who is desperately waging a lonely battle against a colossal evil known as the Dark CPU.

Will Neptune and Nepgear be able to work together with Uzume in order to save Zero Dimension from tragedy? So begins a new adventure for Neptune…

Alongside the release date news Idea Factory International have confirmed that Megadimension Neptunia VII will receive a 40% launch discount for one week and those who purchase the game will also receive access to Japanese audio, Histy’s Beginner Item Set, Histy’s Trial Item Set, and a variety of missions, level caps and accessories included with the base game. A Digital Deluxe Edition of Megadimension Neptunia VII has also been mentioned; but details remain scarce for the time being.

In any event Megadimension Neptunia VII will be available from the 5th July 2016 for the PC through Steam.
