MangaUK To Release Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s on DVD within the UK

Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's

Manga Entertainment UK continues to satisfy the 4Kids-Dubbed-Community of the UK as following on from their release of Yu-Gi-Oh!, which saw the fifth and final season of the original TV series released last Monday, they will be bringing Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s to the UK on DVD later this year.

Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s, which is the third ‘incarnation’ of the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime franchise, takes place in the future and sees duelist challenge each-other on high-speed bikes rather than by standing still. Personally it’s not a Yu-Gi-Oh! series I have ever watched; but it’s one that I am interested in watching.

Many years in the future after the exploits of Yugi Mutou, Domino City has become a shadow of its former self: Neo Domino City. There lies a strong divide between the rich and the poor, and bridging that gap proves to be difficult. Neo Domino seems fit to entertain itself with a wild new event called “Riding Duels,” the newest form of playing the ever popular Duel Monsters card game. Enter Yusei Fudou, a young man who lives on the edge of the law, making his own rules. His desire to reclaim what is rightly his from an old friend turns into much more than what he and many of his newfound companions called “Signers” would have ever bargained for.

MangaUK will be releasing Season 1 of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s on DVD from the 5th September 2016 and although it has not been confirmed this set is expected to contain 26 episodes and feature the 4Kids English Dub with minor edits; which is a similar release to how it was released in America.
