European publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment have announced that a Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy Collection will be released onto the PS3 alongside the next-gen release of Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 next month.

The collection, dubbed the Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Collection, will consist of the ‘three main’ games in the Ultimate Ninja Storm franchise and allow fans to re-experience the Naruto Shippuden storyline from the beginning before they play the fourth installment.

The list of games included as part of this collection include:

  • Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm
  • Naruto Shippudne: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2
  • Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 – Full Burst Edition

Those wondering why Revolution and Generations are not included in this bundle is because these two titles are classed as ‘spin-off’ games and do not portray the ‘Shippuden’ storyline in any form; other than the special OVA styled episodes bundled into the game.

The Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Collection is currently a PS3 exclusive; which isn’t surprising as the original Ultimate Ninja Storm game has only ever been released onto the PS3. The Collection itself will be released on the 5th February 2016 within the UK and Europe
