UK Blu-ray Release of Mobile Suit Gundam – Part 1 To Include an Artbox

UK Anime distributor Anime Limited have recently revealed through social media that anyone purchasing the upcoming Blu-ray release of Mobile Suit Gundam – Part 1, which is scheduled for release on the 30th November 2015, will include an artbox to hold both parts in.

Just like with the previously released Kill La Kill – Box 3, and with the upcoming Sword Art Online II – Part 1, releases the artbox will be big enough to hold all instalments so that it offers the illusion of a complete series boxset. The artbox itself will be limited to 1000 numbers; so those who pre-order in time for release day will receive it.

Along with the announcement a ‘tentative’ image of the boxart in question was released; an artwork which sees the main cast of characters on the front.

Mobile Suit Gundam – Part 1 is expected to be released on Blu-ray on the 30th November 2015 and it will contain the first half of the series (Excluding Episode 15 due to amusing reasons). The second instalment is expected to follow shortly after.
