Could Magi: The Kingdom of Magic Be Coming to Home Video in the UK Very Soon?

File this under slightly old news; but Magi: The Kingdom of Magic, which is the sequal -or second season if you prefer- to the previously released Magi: Labyrinth of Magic could be coming to home video in the UK very shortly… that is if you follow the bread crums.

“Seriously?!” You ask; Well towards the end of last month the BBFC began classification on individual episodes of the series – with the first 13 episodes, which would make-up an entire half-season-set, being classified. Whats interesting about this classification is that they are listed as being submitted by VIZ Media Europe as opposed to KAZE SAS; and its a similar story with the upcoming Bleach – Series 16 Part 1 set.

Of course the conspiracy does not end there; as the French Kaze release of Magi: The Kingdom of Magic, which is due out in France next week, has been confirmed to contain both the English audio and English subtitles and more importantly 13 episodes.

If you piece all of the puzzles together then it suggests that Kaze, most likely though Manga Entertainment UK, will be releasing Magi: The Kingdom of Magic onto DVD and Blu-ray later this year and that it will use the same discs as those in france (or at least the same disc masters).

Of course this is all speculation and we won’t know for certain if Magi: The Kingdom of Magic is coming out until it has been confirmed by a distributor; but given the information listed above its pretty much guaranteed.
