According to MVM Entertainment’s own online store, otherwise known as Anime-On-Line, their upcoming DVD Release of Patlabor OVA Series 2 – The New Files has been pushed back until the 13th July 2015.

Patlabor OVA Series 2 – The New Files was originally scheduled for a 29th June 2015 release date; however over the course of the weekend the anime-on-line store adjusted its listing to say that the title would now be releasing on the 13th July 2015; furthermore additional information was added to the listing to point-out that only the first four episodes of the series are in English, with the remainder being in Japanese with English subtitles.

As it stands the MVM have not yet provided any clarification as to why the title has been pushed back; however given that the distributor had three titles being released on one day its no surprise that they may have adjusted their release schedule slightly to stager out their titles. Its also worth mentioning that, at the time of writing, no-other-retailer haS adjusted their release date for this title.

For the time being Patlabor OVA Series 2: The New Files is expected for release on the 29th June 2015; however it could actually be released on the 13th July 2015 as listed on MVM’s online store.
