Anime Limited’s Collectors Edition Release of Sword Art Online II – Part 1 to Include a Collectors Box

Anime Limited have today revealed through their weekly newswire update that the previously announced Sword Art Online II – Part 1 Collectors Edition Bundle, which is being released onto DVD and Blu-ray in August, will include a Collectors Box that can hold the entire series.

The information was revealed alongside some NOT FINAL but template artwork which represents what you can expect from the final product in August.

The Collector’s Edition version comes packed in a rigid case, inside that a digipack containing the discs (1 x Blu-ray + 1 x DVD) along with a booklet featuring material translated from the Japanese release and imagery exclusive to our release outside of Japan. Also, on the right side of the Collector’s Edition image, you will see the Collector’s Box that will store four volumes we’ll be releasing.

The Collectors Box, which will store all four individually released Parts of Sword Art Online II, is expected to be similar to that of the recent (and upcoming) Kill La Kill Collectors Box; either way its nice to see Anime Limited handling Sword Art Online II with such care and attention to detail.

Sword Art Online II – Part 1 is currently available for pre-order from numerous online retailers and it is expected to be released on the 17th August 2015 within the UK.
