Unboxing: Phantom – Requiem For The Phantom (Blu-ray / DVD Combo Pack) [USA]

It’s been awhile since we unboxed an American Blu-ray and what better way to start it off (again) with the relatively old Blu-ray / DVD Combo Pack release of Phantom – Requiem For The Phantom, which is distirbuted in America via FUNimation.

This is the ‘older’ release of Phantom – Requiem For The Phantom which features both the DVD and Blu-ray versions of the series, as last year a SAVE edition was released (for a cheaper price) which just contained the Bluray, but seing as the DVD is already available in the UK (Via Manga UK) then it’s not really an issue, besides its the ‘HD Native’ Blu-ray we are wanting.

As you can see from the video Inside the (rather thick) DVD Sized box we have 3 Blu-ray Discs and 6 DVD Discs, with 26 episodes spread out across each format. Additional extras include Picture Drama episodes, Original Promotional materials, Trailers and text less songs. Futhermore both the DVD & Blu-ray are REGION FREE, meaning all the discs will work fine on UK (PAL) Blu-ray Players.

This particular Blu-ray / DVD Combo Pack may be hard to find, but if you are a fan of the series then its definately worth looking out for it.
